1 teaspoon English breakfast tea,
1 teaspoon chamomile dried
1 teaspoon elderflower, dried and crushed
2 teaspoons hops, Dried and crushed
2 teaspoons of rose hips, dried
1 teaspoon Valerian Root dried and crushed
